Update on the Walkabout Platform, I should have bought one last year... it's pretty nice, pricey but man i think i will make the money spent back in a hurry... I like it. Bryan the guy that you deal with has been excellent, customer service is definitely on his priority list, had a couple concerns and no questions asked he took care of it and sent me some other extras that make it a bit easier to adjust stuff. Its not for everyone but I'm glad I bought it...

Changing the AC compressor in a semi sure made life a lot easier wasn't bending over the tire kneeling on this steering rods or standing on brake lines to be able to reach would recommend to anybody that does any kind of mechanical work
We can not see how we have been working without this paltform. Not only is it easy to assemble and move around it makes working on the ford 250 pickup, chevy and dodge trucks a dream. Use the platform all the time. Have been mechanic for 15 plus years and should have got this years ago. Safer then milk crates, buckets, step stools. No worries about slipping out from under your feet and impaling your gut on hood release mechanism. Tool tray is very handy to hold tools and air right next to you. Led lights light up entire under hood area. Folds up nice and rolls wherever, stores everything neatly up against a wall.
So I come from a shop of building some of the biggest baddest trucks on the planet! Now I own my own shop where we still work on big trucks and I’ll keep this simple.... Walkabout Platforms are one of the best products on the market for any automotive/custom shop! One of my favorite features is the tool tray that’s built in! I love how they are easy torn down and stored away when not in use! These work stations are kick ass! If you want to make your life easy when working on trucks or larger vehicles I highly suggest you buy this product!

Everything is going great. Been kinda slow, but the platform is awesome.I use it on about every truck I work on even if I don't really need it.
We purchased 2 of these for our GM and Nissan shop. Our technicians find the platform user friendly and has helped increase productivity and has reduced back-aches.
I just started working at a shop that uses these platforms. I have to say this is an awesome product. And for a short person like myself standing at 5' 6" it makes it nice and easy to get up around all of these lifted trucks and even regular trucks and SUV's with a whole lot less pain and effort. No more standing on a tire, bucket, crate, or even just leaning over the engine. I highly recommend this product!
